Estee Lauder“In business, as in human relations, it’s that rare touch, that person-to-person contact, that leaves the deepest impression”
– Mrs Estée Lauder.

Mrs Estée Lauder invented the high touch philosophy, and since the beginning of the company it has been an integral part of everything we do. High touch means no matter who you are in our company you connect with your customers in an intensely personal way exceeding standards and expectations. High Touch is at the forefront of our thinking; as is our customers.

Over the years, we’ve insisted on being the foremost innovators, seeking out and nurturing the very best concepts for our consumers.  Everything we do reflects the input and influence of our global teams.  This applies not only to our products themselves, but to every area related to our business – including research & development, packaging, marketing, advertising, customer service and operations.
